Dessert Hummus Recipes You Will Make Again + Again
Source: HGTV

Traditionally the perfect blend of chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and spices, hummus has long held a top spot as one of the peoples favorite spreads. And now, dessert hummus is ready for the spotlight, trading savory tahini and olive oil for a mouth-watering mix of maple syrup and vanilla. Just grab your favorite dippable snacks (graham cracker sticks, anyone?), and prepare to be delighted. YUM.

Ingredients for Hummus Base
16 oz. can chickpeas
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cashews
2 Tbs. vanilla extract

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Blend chickpeas, cashews, syrup and vanilla in a food processor to create the perfect base for all three recipes. Then, for this easy variation, simply stir in one half cup of milk chocolate chips for a tasty treat that is just about as close to raw cookie dough as you can get. Salty pretzels make the perfect dipper for this delectable treat.

Brownie Batter

It really tastes like brownie batter! Starting with your base, add five tablespoons of cocoa powder, one half cup of milk chocolate chips and one fourth cup of milk (your preference), and blend until smooth. Grab a box of graham crackers and some juicy strawberries (or maybe just a spoon?). Now, forget everything you mom taught you about not eating brownie batter.

Snickerdoodle

It is like fall in a bowl. Mix in two tablespoons of cinnamon and two tablespoons of brown sugar to your dessert hummus base for a delightfully tasty treat that pairs perfectly with apple slices. One taste, and you will be like, Pumpkin spice who?

I listed two homes since last months newsletter, however, they both sold within a day of being on the market. The pictures and aerial views came out wonderful. Click the photos below if you would like to get a look.

As you can see below, I have created a new business card to reflect our new logo. I would love to mail you one if you would like. Just send me a message and I will put some in the mail today.

I have also updated my Virtual Business Card. If you do not already have my contact information loaded on your mobile device then you can simply click below to import my contact information into your contact database.

I Appreciate Your Referrals

It is a common misconception that a real estate agent primarily learns of someone looking to buy or sell a home when someone simply calls an agency looking for an agent to help them. Although this can happen, it is very rare. In fact, over 80% of the referrals I receive come from past clients and past coworkers just like you. The other 15-20% of referrals comes from our national network of relocation companies and other Coldwell Banker agencies across the country.

The greatest compliment I can receive is when someone like you refers me to a friend, coworker or family member of theirs. If you, or someone you know, are looking to either buy or sell a home then I would certainly appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. Do you know of someone looking to buy or sell a home?
