Updated Contact Information for Brad Gough

As I am sure you have noticed by now, our logo for Coldwell Banker has changed. The most striking addition to the logo is the star in the top right corner. This is the North Star, symbolizing our brands position in real estate as a consistent, reliable presence guiding us all home. The North Star mark is a visual representation of our brands commitment to excellence. It is clean and simple, yet elegant. It is modern but still pays homage to our brands storied 113-year history. The North Star also symbolizes the Coldwell Banker network. Even in a new real estate landscape, agents remain a constant, guiding consumers as they navigate the home buying and selling process. As you can see below, I have created a new business card to reflect our new logo. I would love to mail you one if you would like. Just send me a message and I will put some in the mail today. These are trying times we are going through right now. I hope all of you are staying safe and taking all of the necessary precautions. We will come through all of this and hopefully be even stronger and more united in the end. Although my business is down compared to what it would typically be at this time of year, we are finding creative ways to move forward. I did my first virtual walk through of a home here yesterday for a buyer client of mine from another state. I used Facetime to do a virtual walk through of the home I was previewing so that the buyer client would feel more comfortable with making a decision to write an offer. For my listings, I am creating a 3D Virtual Tour where prospective buyers can do a virtual walk through of the entire home using their smart phone or computer. The title companies we work with are performing drive up closings from their parking lots so that buyers and sellers can sign documents from their cars and not have to have physical contact with each other. The home inspection companies, photographers and appraisers are all taking extra precautions as well right now to limit any possibility of further spreading the virus.
