For more than 110 years, Coldwell Banker has helped people find homes, and now our mission extends to our furry friends. Coldwell Banker Kaiser is teaming up with and the Hamilton County Humane Society in Noblesville, to help adoptable animals find loving homes.

But it is not just the dogs who benefit from being part of a loving home. There is research that shows how dogs can positively impact our psychological as well as physical health. It is not a coincidence that you feel better coming home to your dog after a long stressful day. Studies have found that during heart rate and blood pressure testing, patients were calmer and had better test results when a dog was present.

Plus the exuberance dogs show when you start to put on a pair of sneakers is a great motivator for enjoying more active time spent together outdoors.

Here is how you can help:

In support of Coldwell Banker Homes For Dog's Project, members of Coldwell Banker Kaiser will be taking part in the Coldwell Banker National Pet Adoption Weekend on Oct. 13-14. The adoption event will be held at the Hamilton County Humane Society from 12-5 pm on Saturday October 13th.

Several agents at our office including myself have donated money in order for the Humane Society to be able to waive the normal $100 fee for each dog that is adopted. If you or someone you know has been considering adopting a pet then this would be a great time to do so when the fees are being waived.

Contact me today, or please join us at the humane society in support of this great cause. We hope to see you at the event. If you can't make it to the event then you can also donate to help the cause by clicking on the donate button below. We appreciate any amount you are able to give $1, $5, $10 or more, it all helps tremendously.

Do You Know Someone Looking To Buy or Sell?

It is a common misconception that a real estate agent primarily learns of someone looking to buy or sell a home when someone simply calls an agency looking for an agent to help them. Although this can happen, it is very rare. In fact, over 80% of the referrals I receive come from past clients and past coworkers just like you. The other 15-20% of referrals comes from our national network of relocation companies and other Coldwell Banker agencies across the country.

The greatest compliment I can receive is when someone like you refers me to a friend, coworker or family member of theirs. If you, or someone you know, are looking to either buy or sell a home then I would certainly appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. Do you know of someone looking to buy or sell a home?

Charities Supported

There are so many great charities out there that and it is very hard to decide what to donate to. My wife Elissa and I have been very fortunate and have a good life. We simply can't donate to everything, however, we are very passionate about several different causes. We are sustaining members for the following organizations and encourage each of you to donate in any way you can to a cause that you are passionate about too.
