Video Walk-thru's of your home

Coldwell Banker On Location
Coldwell Banker has partnered with YouTube to create Coldwell Banker On Location, allowing consumers access to thousands of videos of home listings, neighborhood features, local market conditions and trends, tips for homebuyers and sellers and much more.

Featured Property
I will pay for your home to be a featured property Click Here for Example on the nations #1 visited real estate web site Realtor.com . When someone does a search online for homes in your zip code, your home will be featured at the top of all search results !.

Personal Web Sites
For each new listing, I create a personal web site to showcase your home. I purchase the domain name rights to the web address for your home address, e.g. www.stoney-creek-estates.com . The personalized web site will include up to 50 still pictures of your home and a lot more detailed descriptions than currently possible in Mibor.

I will have a sign rider made (see example below) that will be placed on top of your yard sign. The sign rider will inform those driving by your home where they can locate the personal web site online. The URL of the personal web site will also be noted in the MLS system.

Also included on your personal web site are links to local school information, important documents such as your sales disclosure, as well as a link to an aerial view of your home and neighborhood through Google Maps ®.

E-Flyers
I maintain a complete list of the email address of every Realtor in the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR). When your house is first listed, or when an open house is scheduled, I send a full color brochure describing your property via an email (like the one you are currently viewing) to each agent.

Multiple Listing Services (MLS's)
Buyers are increasingly knowledgeable of the Internet and most searches for a home these days begin online. I am affiliated with and subscribe to several online MLS systems. When I list your home, I will minimally advertise it on each of the sites listed below:
